Quick answers

My subscription — cancel, refund, or manage

Apple processes all subscription payments. To cancel, change plan, or request a refund:

Cancelling before the end of your trial means you won't be charged. Apple's refund request page handles refunds directly.

I have an access code

Tap I have an access code on the Get Access screen during signup, paste the code, and you're in. Each code is single-use.

Apple Health isn't syncing

Open the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & SecurityHealthAspier, and confirm every data type is enabled. Then open Aspier and pull-to-refresh on the Home screen. If it's still not landing, email us with your iOS version and we'll dig in.

I want to delete my account or export my data

Both are one-tap inside the app: open Profile → Account & data. Export gives you a JSON file of everything; Delete permanently wipes your data within 14 days. Full details in our privacy policy.

Operating hours

Aspier is built in the United Kingdom. We aim to respond within one working day, Monday–Friday. Outside those hours we'll still see your message — we just might not reply until the next morning.
